General Questions:

Is the Rutgers-Camden Undergraduate Business program accredited? Yes, our program is fully accredited by the AACSB International, which is the premier accrediting organization for business programs. Link is http://www.aacsb.edu/

Is the Rutgers-Camden Undergraduate Business program a part-time program or a full-time program?  Both. Courses are offered in the regular semesters (Fall and Spring). We also offer many required courses and electives in our Summer Session. Only electives are offered in Winterim.

Is the Rutgers-Camden Undergraduate program a daytime or an evening program?  The School of Business offers undergraduate courses during the daytime, evening, and Saturdays mornings. We try to alternate daytime with evening schedules for all courses so that all students have an equal opportunity to enroll in classes without difficulty.  Tentative schedules will be posted in advance for student input and suggestions.

What is the profile of the most recently admitted cohort of students?
There are many ways to describe the students who attend the Rutgers-Camden Undergraduate Business program.  The majority are employed, some are married, and many have children. Some are returning to college after taking time off to have a family. Some come directly from high school, from community colleges, and from other four-year schools.  Our goal is to make you feel welcomed and part of our campus community from your first day on campus.

Curriculum and Course Requirements:

How many credits do I need to complete the Undergraduate Business program?A minimum of 120 credits is needed in order to graduate. Each degree program requires a total of 120 credits. See our curriculum worksheets for course requirements and Academic Services for specific advising FAQs.

How can I transfer credits from other colleges/community colleges? How many credits will transfer?  Students who are considering transferring from another school should work carefully with their advisors to plan their selection of courses. Please consult the New Jersey Transfer website for specific course acceptance information.  http://www.njtransfer.org/   

Is it possible to receive course credit for work experience?  Rutgers does not grant course credit for work experience.

Does the Rutgers-Camden UG program offer any opportunities for study abroad? There are several ways that this is possible. Students can study in our SBC South Africa study program, travel with the International Studies Program in Arts & Sciences, or participate in programs offered by Study Abroad.

Student Life:
